Overview

A subscription isn't just a recurring payment. Behind it sits a network of products, pricing rules, customers, orders, billing requirements and reporting, often operating across different brands and markets. In Telefakt, those relationships create the flexibility businesses need, but also significant interface complexity.

Our focus was making that complexity navigable without removing the system's operational depth. We reorganised information hierarchy, navigation and key workflows around consistent interaction patterns, helping users move between interconnected areas while supporting different currencies, jurisdictions, languages and subscription models.

The Problem

Every subscription carried a web of dependencies.

Changing a product, processing an order or managing a customer could connect to pricing, billing and wider business rules elsewhere in the platform. Telefakt needed to expose those relationships without forcing users to mentally reconstruct how different parts of the system connected every time they completed a task.

Products Had Many Variables

Configurable products and subscription pricing needed enough flexibility to accommodate different commercial models without making configuration unnecessarily difficult to navigate.

Operations Crossed Modules

Customers, orders and billing formed connected workflows, requiring users to move between different areas without losing the context of what they were managing.

One System Served Many Markets

Multiple brands, currencies, jurisdictions and languages added another layer of operational complexity that the interface needed to accommodate consistently.

THE SOLUTION

Making a complex subscription engine easier to operate.

We designed Telefakt around connected business operations, using stronger hierarchy and repeatable interaction patterns to make detailed enterprise workflows feel more structured across the platform.
