Overview
An LMS has two very different jobs. Administrators need to organise courses, users, assessments and training programs at scale, while learners simply need to understand what to learn, where they stand and what comes next. When those needs compete inside the same system, complexity quickly reaches both audiences.
For MLP Cloud, we structured the experience around these distinct responsibilities. Clear navigation, organised learning content, focused dashboards and role-based workflows help each user reach the tools relevant to them, while reusable components keep the wider platform consistent as learning programs grow.
The Problem
The same platform had two very different classrooms.
Learners and administrators interact with the same learning ecosystem from completely different perspectives. One needs straightforward access to training and progress, while the other manages the structure behind it. MLP Cloud needed to support both without letting administrative complexity spill into the learning experience.
