Overview
The value of a digital credential depends partly on how easily it can be found when it's needed. Certificates and important documents can quickly become difficult to manage when they live across different systems, follow different structures or require users to remember where each record belongs.
Gotham was designed around a simpler idea: one wallet, organised around the credentials inside it. We structured categories, document views, upload journeys and record details into a consistent experience that helps users move from finding a credential to understanding and managing it without unnecessary steps.
The Problem
Digital credentials were organised everywhere except together.
Documents may be digital, but that doesn't automatically make them easier to manage. When credentials and certificates are distributed across separate workflows, users still have to remember where records live and how to access them. Gotham needed to make that growing collection feel organised rather than simply stored.
