Overview
Lumina Health faced a critical challenge: patient engagement was at an all-time low due to a fragmented digital experience. Our mission was to synthesize complex medical data into an intuitive, accessible ecosystem for both patients and providers.
We reimagined the entire user journey, leveraging predictive AI to personalize health insights and streamlining administrative tasks through a unified design system that scales across devices.
The Problem
Healthcare experiences were
complex and fragmented.
The digital health landscape was a maze of portals, acronyms, and siloed data. Patients felt more like data points than human beings, leading to total disengagement from their own wellness journeys.
Complex Health Data
Patients struggled to interpret medical jargon and unorganized health reports, leading to anxiety and inaction.
Disconnected Journeys
Moving between web portals and mobile apps felt like two different worlds, causing friction in care coordination.
Low Engagement
Existing systems focused on clinical data storage rather than proactive user wellness and habitual use.
THE SOLUTION
Redefining the standard of care with AI-driven clarity.
We delivered a scalable, intelligent ecosystem that prioritizes clarity, speed, and emotional wellbeing through an editorial design lens.
Intelligence at a Glance
A central hub that transforms patient data into actionable insights using predictive analytics. The interface intelligently surfaces critical updates and simplifies medication tracking.
